ACC is Dudley, West Midland’s accredited Child Contact Centre based in the heart of the town centre. ACC services include supported contact, In-direct Contact and Handover Service as well as room hire bookings for contact for external services.
ACC provide a supported contact centre for children, to be able to see their non-resident parents and other non-resident family members.
ACC is affiliated and regulated by the National Association for Child Contact Centres (NACCC) which ensures all our staff team and volunteers are fully trained, and provide best practice and quality assurance for all children and you.
